3.1 Pantone® Trademark Notice
Pantone® is a registered trademark of Pantone LLC. Color Mixer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by Pantone LLC. The Pantone-approximate codes displayed by this tool are mathematical approximations computed using the CIEDE2000 color distance algorithm in the CIELAB color space. These approximations do not constitute official Pantone values and should not be used as substitutes for official Pantone color references in professional printing, manufacturing, or design workflows.
3.2 RAL® Trademark Notice
RAL® is a registered trademark of RAL gemeinnützige GmbH. Color Mixer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by RAL gemeinnützige GmbH. The RAL-approximate codes displayed by this tool are based on publicly available RGB-to-RAL conversion data. These values may differ from physical RAL color samples due to screen calibration, viewing conditions, and the inherent limitations of digital color representation. For industrial, architectural, or commercial applications requiring certified color accuracy, always verify against official physical RAL samples.
3.3 Mixing Accuracy
Color mixing results are calculated using the Kubelka-Munk pigment simulation model. While this model provides more realistic results than simple RGB interpolation, no digital algorithm can precisely replicate the behavior of real physical pigments. Actual results when mixing real paints or pigments will vary based on brand, formulation, surface type, layer thickness, and ambient lighting conditions. Color Mixer makes no warranty that digital mixing results will match physical mixing outcomes.
4. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any color data, approximations, or results provided by the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATORS OF COLOR MIXER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY COLOR DATA PROVIDED THEREIN — INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON APPROXIMATE COLOR CODES FOR PROFESSIONAL OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some limitations above may not apply to you.

The source code, design, and content of Color Mixer (excluding third-party trademarks such as Pantone® and RAL®) are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit permission. Color output values (HEX, RGB, CMYK, HSL codes) generated by the tool are mathematical results and are not subject to intellectual property protection. You are free to use those output values for any purpose.
